This application (“the App”) is a personal integration developed by Esfirum (ФОП Григор’єв Олег Юрійович) for individual use. This policy explains how it handles data accessed through the WHOOP API.
1. Data we access
With your explicit consent via WHOOP’s OAuth authorization, the App may access: recovery, sleep, strain, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and workout data from your WHOOP account.
2. How we use it
The data is used solely to generate a personal daily summary for the account owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your WHOOP data with any third parties. Data is processed only within the App and the services required to deliver the daily summary (e.g. a private messaging channel chosen by the owner).
4. Storage and retention
The App stores only the minimum data needed to produce the summary and authentication tokens required to access the WHOOP API. You can revoke the App’s access at any time from your WHOOP account settings, which immediately stops all data access.
